Breakfast:

Lunch:
1/2 100 calorie flat bun thing-y [50]
1 medium granny smith [80]
1/2 slice cheese [30]


Dinner:
2 stuffed pasta shells [250]


Snacks/Other:
1 packet apple and cinnamon oatmeal made with water [130]
6 cigarettes [0]
3 thin pickle spears [15]
7 baby carrots [35]


Drinks:
4 cups water
3/4 kiwi Propel [15]
1 cup sugar cookie tea w/ Equal [6]


Exercise:
30 minutes or so of hiking


Harm:
Nothing new. Ripped open eight old ones. ...Oh, and yay, they're infected. My immune system hates me, even though I'm eating. D:< Fuck you, body.

Everything is...floating today. Really soft and out of focus. Like a dream.
