My legs feel like they're going to fall off.
My fingertips are icy.
My lungs feel stretched.
I've lost 25.5 pounds.
In four months, I should have lost more.
I'll do better.
With how I work out now, I should be losing half a pound a day.
-Logically- I know that's a lot. But why not a pound a day? Why not 1.5 pounds a day?
