I'm really kind of pissed.
I'm eating to maintain while I'm getting better and it stresses me out.
I want to binge or purge or cut or s o m e t h i n g.
Some people would think I'd be relieved to have a break for a few days...But I feel so much better staying under 200 and exercising late at night.
I'm going to exercise tonight. I started to do laps up and down the hall while my parents were out-but I got dizzy. I know, “Unless you faint, puke, or die, keep moving.'', but how embarrassing would that be if they came home and I was laying on the ground all sweaty? Yuck.
