breakfast; 1/2 cup raisin bran, 1/2 cup soymilk, 2 cups water, 20mg prozac, 2 multivitamins, 1200mg calcium = 170
lunch; 2 slices toasted bread w/o crusts, 1 slice cheese, 2 cups water = 205
dinner; tba.
other; 11 bite-sized mini wheats = 85

I feel guilty. Guiltguiltguilt. Look what I've done. Eaten too much.
I wish I were proud of myself, five days straight of eating properly is a long time for me, but I'm not. I'm embarrassed.
