lunch: 2/3 cup homemade oatmeal w/ 2 tablespoons soymilk, 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 cup water. 1/2 cup V8 Splash. =255
dinner: 1 cup raviolis [360], green beans w/ olive oil [80], 1 cup V8 Splash = 510

notes: Haven't smoked in foreeeeever. Two weeks? No, I think it's been three? Not following my meal plan. It's ridiculous and hurts my stomach. I've been making my own food because Mom is sick. I found out she was putting heavy fucking whipping cream in my food. D:< Yesterday I ate 2250. Which is...a lot. But also half my meal plan. I don't like the program I'm on. It stresses food as medicine, the fix-it-all for everything, and has little focus on therapy or otherwise working through things. It's basically HERE, EAT A SAMMICH. YOU'RE BETTER. I know eating is important, obviously, but shoving things down with food as 'medicine' and saying you're better then is just setting up for future relapse.
