Breakfast- 1/4 cup oatmeal w/ 1/2 tsp Splenda, 1/2 cup Gatorade Rain, 1/2 cup water = 105
Lunch- 1 100 Calorie Flatbun, 1 Boca patty, 1/2 tbspn ketchup, 2 tablespoons shredded cheese, 1 sweet mini gerkin pickle, 1/2 cup Gatorade Rain, 1 1/2 cups water = 260
Dinner- 1 1/2 cups pasta, 1/2 cup alfredo sauce, 1/2 cup mixed vegetables, 1/2 cup Gatorade Rain, 2 1/2 cups water = 450
Other- n/a
Harm- 8 on stomach. Really shallow. Fat tissue not even showing. I want to cut on my wrists again, so badly for some reason. They bleed so much more than anywhere else. So much softer.
