breakfast/8am: 1 liter water, 1 sugar-free cough drop = 5
lunch/12pm: 1 peppermint tea w/ 1/2 teaspoon splenda, 1 sugar-free cough drop, 2/3 cup Diet A&W w/ 3 ice cubes = 13.3
dinner/tba: 1 can green beans, 1 liter ice water = 80
other: 3 cigarettes, 1 sugar-free cough drop, moar diet sodaaa, more tea w/ Splenda = 38
total calories: 137/1000

exercise: A short walk/hike

harm [day 3]: None. Strangely no urges at all, actually. But I have been hoarding razors, knives, safety pins, and lighters. Collecting them where ever I can. I keep buying pencil sharpeners so I can take the blades out.
notes: WE HAVE NO FOOD. D:< Like, the only food I have left is 3 cans of green beans, 2 slices of HungerFULL bread, and 1/2 box of vegetarian 'chicken' nuggets. I don't think the sugar-free cough drops [I have a cold] and diet sodas count. Green beans aren't exactly substantial, the bread is the same, and there's a ton of sodium in the tofu nuggets. :c There's soooome other food in the house but I'm not going to eat it because it's not mine and I don't want another fight about how I eat everything. I'll see if I can go shopping tonight. But I'm too dizzy to walk around for an hour. roar. Lololol, I love how difficult I'm making this.
